Welcome to Addis Development Vision (ADV), we believe that every human being deserves a life of dignity, safety, and opportunity. We are a non-profit, humanitarian organization committed to transforming the lives of disadvantaged and marginalized communities those affected by poverty, displacement, disability, discrimination, and social exclusion.

Addis Development Vision (ADV) is a humanitarian and non-profit making organization striving to improve the lives disadvantaged groups of society. ADV envisions Ethiopia where all children grow, learn and live in secure, safe and sustainable environment. ADV exist to contribute to the improvement of the lives of the poor particularly children to be able to benefit from education, health, livelihood, and other basic social services and capacity building opportunities. ADV founded on the principles of compassion, equity, and empowerment, we works to address the root causes of poverty and social exclusion. We implement community based programs that create access to quality education, health services, livelihood opportunities, child protection, and other essential social services. We also focus on capacity building to help communities sustain their own development.

Mission.

To improve the lives of disadvantaged populations, particularly children and youth, by enhancing their access to education, health, livelihood, and social protection services, and by building the capacities of individuals, families, and communities to lead sustainable, self-reliant lives.

Vision.

To build a nation where every child in Ethiopia grows up in a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment, with full access to opportunities that enable them to reach their potential and contribute meaningfully to society.
